REGOLAMENTO DEL BED AND BREAKFAST / REGULATION OF BED AND BREAKFAST

• Salvo necessità particolari dei nostri ospiti, la consegna delle stanze è dalle 18:30 e le 22:00, Vi preghiamo comunque di comunicare l'orario previsto prima dell’arrivo.
• I signori Clienti sono invitati, al momento dell’arrivo, a fornire un documento di riconoscimento.
• Il prezzo pattuito per il soggiorno comprende l'uso della stanza e la prima colazione; la fornitura di asciugamani e lenzuola, l'uso della tv e dei condizionatori, l’uso della rete WiFi. Il cambio biancheria straordinario non è incluso nel prezzo (è effettuato due volte la settimana), come le pulizie straordinarie (fatte una volta al giorno).
• Per l’entrata e l’uscita dalla struttura non ci sono orari da rispettare, gli ospiti potranno uscire e rientrare a loro piacere, e’ sempre attivo il servizio di portineria.
• All’interno del Bed & Breakfast, solo per motivi igienici e per eventuali allergie da parte di altri clienti, non sono ammessi animali.
• Non è altresì permesso, per motivi di Pubblica Sicurezza, agli ospiti di far accedere altre persone all’interno del Bed & Breakfast in qualsiasi orario.

• Si rammenta che, il giorno della partenza, le camere vanno lasciate libere entro le ore 10,00 per permettere la pulizia e la consegna ai nuovi arrivi, un ritardo comporterà l'addebito di un ulteriore notte.
• Si raccomanda un uso corretto e civile dei servizi igienici, evitando di gettare alcunché nel W. C. (usare gli appositi cestini).
• All'interno della camera da letto e del bagno troverete tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno: coperte, cuscini, asciugamani, prodotti per l'igiene personale, etc. Per qualsiasi altra necessità non esitate a chiedere, faremo il possibile per accontentarvi.
COLAZIONE
• La colazione viene servita all'orario concordato il giorno precedente, comunque tra le ore 7.00 e le ore 9.00. In tavola gli ospiti troveranno biscotti, fette biscottate, burro, marmellata, miele ed altri prodotti. Vi preghiamo di segnalarci eventuali intolleranze ed allergie alimentari note, o diete particolari.
• Nelle camere è assolutamente proibito preparare e consumare pasti. È altresì proibito l’uso della cucina.
NORME
• È vietato all’interno dei locali del B&B: Fumare (è possibile farlo sulle terrazze o nel cortile), collegare all’impianto elettrico qualsivoglia elettrodomestico portato al seguito, (ad eccezione del rasoio elettrico alle prese del bagno).
• Si raccomanda di rispettare il silenzio nelle ore canoniche 22.00-
• Ogni ospite è tenuto a risarcire eventuali danni arrecati al B&B e per l'uso improprio delle dotazioni complementari. Abbiate cura di spegnere la luce delle camere, i condizionatori, TV, ed altri impianti quando siete fuori dalla camera.
• Si declina ogni responsabilità per lo smarrimento, furto o danneggiamento di oggetti di vostra proprietà. Non si risponde di eventuali disservizi dovuti a mancanza totale o parziale di forniture quali gas, elettricità acqua, linea telefonica o connessione ad internet non dipendenti dalla nostra volontà.

• Nel caso in cui, per motivi imprevedibili, l’immobile prenotato si dovesse rendere indisponibile per motivi di manutenzione straordinaria o cause di forze maggiore, sarà nostra cura trovare un’adeguata sistemazione, o, a richiesta del cliente, rendere interamente la somma ricevuta come caparra senza ulteriori pretese.
• In caso di annullamento oltre 2 gg prima del soggiorno o nel caso di mancato annullamento verrà addebitato il costo della prima notte.

• Inside the bedroom and the bathroom you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, hygiene products, etc. For any other needs please feel free to ask, we will do our best to satisfy you.
BREAKFAST
• Breakfast is served at previous day agreed time, however, between 7.00 and 9.00 a.m.. On the table, guests will find cookies, biscuits, butter, jam, honey and other products. Please report any known food allergies and intolerances, or special diets needed.
• In the rooms it is strictly prohibited prepare and eat meals. It is also forbidden to use the kitchen.
RULES
• Inside the B&B it is forbidden: Smoking in any closed area of the house (you can only do it on the balconies or in the courtyard); connect any personal electrical appliance (except electric shaver into the bathroom socket and mobile charger).
• Please respect the silence in the canonical hours 22:00 to 08:00 and 14:00 to 16:00. In any case, please keep a behavior that in any time of day and in no way harm the tranquility of others.
• Each guest is required to pay any damage caused to the B & B and the improper use of complementary equipment. Take care to turn off the light of the rooms, air conditioners, TV, and other equipment when you are outside the room.
• We accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to objects of your property. Disclaim any responsibility for any service outages due to total or partial absence of supplies such as gas, electricity, water, telephone line or internet connection not dependent on our will.
